Friendship Legacy: Smart but sweet. That’s the way my friends are likely to describe me.
Something You Should Know About Me: I always need to be organized and be prepared for every situation.
Mixed Messages?
I missed school today because I was really sick. I emailed Rosa and told her I had a really high fever and couldn’t stop throwing up. Rosa emailed me back and said “ursosic!” She likes that expression, but it really confuses me. Another time we were IM’ing and I told her that I had seen this really gross cockroach that was as big as a rat in the girls locker room. She IM’d the same thing back... “ursosic!”... and this time I thought she was insulting me for saying something gross. I don’t know. Online communication and text messaging can be misleading. It’s easy to confuse when someone is joking or being serious ‘cause you can’t see the person’s facial expressions or body language. I worry that sometimes my cyber-connections are hurtful rather thank helpful.

I know what you mean. It's like learning a new language. At least when we talk face-to-face we can look people's faces and body language. But you gotta blog! Posted Wednesday Jan 24, 7:02pm by friend4evah
I think I can understand: Ursosic could mean YOU (of all people) are sick in a twisted and funny sort of way or in a disgusting way OR it could mean you are REALLY extremely sick, as in you are mentally unhealthy or you are physically unhealthy. Better give Rosa a call to see what she means if you don't want to misinterpret her message. Posted Sunday Feb 4, 6:55pm by doree3
