About Me
Hi there. I’m Chandra and I’m 16. My parents got divorced when I was only five, so my brother and I live with our dad. After school I have baseball practice, then I go pick up my brother and take him home. Three nights a week and most weekends I work as a cashier at the home improvement store my dad manages. I love reading about cars and working on them. I’d love to be a mechanic after high school. That’s a little weird, I know, but ever since my dad taught me how to change the oil in our car, I’ve been fascinated by engines. I guess growing up with two guys has made me the person I am.

Wow, I finally met another girl who lives with her dad. Most everyone at my school lives with their mom if their parents split up. I think we sound like we could be good friends--I built a desk for my room last year!

I have five brothers....even though my parents are together, it really makes a difference being surrounded by guys who don't understand why I want to take a shower every day!
