Take Our Quiz
Are you a fitness freak?

You've probably heard hundreds of times how important it is to do some kind of physical activity. But when is it too much? I once had a friend who constantly flaked out on plans so she could spend more time at the gym. I told her, "It's great that you are so into fitness, but I'm not going to live my life around your crazy gym schedule." Needless to say, we're not friends anymore. I definitely could have been more understanding, but she was over the top. Fitness had taken over her life—it was her life. Are you obsessive when it comes to working out? Take this quiz and find out if you need to stop the madness.
