You've probably heard hundreds of times how important it is to do some kind of physical activity. But when is it too much? I once had a friend who constantly flaked out on plans so she could spend more time at the gym. I told her, "It's great that you are so into fitness, but I'm not going to live my life around your crazy gym schedule." Needless to say, we're not friends anymore.
